
Ingredients:
- 3/4 C Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C Coconut Oil
- 1/4 C Applesauce
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together
- bake on 350 degrees for 9 minutes
- Let cool for half hour

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Earth Balance Coconut & Peanut Spread (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 Cup Melted Dark Chocolate (About 12 Dove Squares)
Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients except chocolate
- Spread 1 inch Layer in Cupcake tins (No grease or papers needed)
- Add 1/2 inch layer of Dark Chocolate
- Store in freezer until Served

Ingredients:
- 2 C shredded coconut
- 1/2 C Honey
- 4 TBSP. Coconut Oil
- 1 TSP. Vanilla
- 1/2 C Melted Dark Chocolate
Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients except Chocolate
- Form 2 inch squares
- Melt Chocolate and spread on top
- Store in Fridge until Served

Ingredients:
- 1 box funfetti cake mix
- 4 bananas (very very ripe)
- 3 tbsp. agave
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place into a greased bread pan
- Lick the batter from the mixers
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
