Oatmeal Brownies 😍

Recipe:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Flaxseed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Mix together brownie mix, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp. Flaxseed, 1 avocado, 1 cup water and 2 eggs
  • Stir in remaining oats and chocolate chips

Bake!

Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients:
  • 1 can of chick peas
  • 1/4 packet low sodium taco seasoning
Directions:
  • Rinse and drain chick peas
  • Remove shells
  • Toss chick peas with taco seasoning
  • Spread onto a cookie sheet
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes
  • Lower to 250 for 10 more minutes or until crunchy

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Earth Balance Coconut & Peanut Spread (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Dark Chocolate (About 12 Dove Squares)

Directions:

  • Mix together all ingredients except chocolate
  • Spread 1 inch Layer in Cupcake tins (No grease or papers needed)
  • Add 1/2 inch layer of Dark Chocolate
  • Store in freezer until Served
